A Competitor. A Coach. A Standard.
Her journey into fitness did not begin with confidence. It began with an “oh shit” moment.
In the spring of 2014, she saw photos of herself that forced her to face a truth she could no longer avoid. She was unhappy. She was tired of her own excuses. Two months into that journey, the scale read over 230 pounds, and instead of breaking her, it became the moment everything changed.
Walking into the gym was uncomfortable and intimidating, but it was necessary. With help from friends, late nights scrolling forums and Pinterest, and an unshakable desire to learn, she began building something deeper than physical change. What started as accountability became healing. Growing up with an abusive, alcoholic father, food had been her safety and her comfort. Fitness became the place where she rebuilt trust in herself, learned discipline, and took control of her life.
Fitness did not stay a habit. It became part of who she is.
By 2015, she earned her first personal training certification. At the time, she did not know exactly where it would lead, but she knew it mattered. While serving five years in law enforcement, she became a defensive tactics instructor and began coaching clients outside of her shifts. Teaching others how to move, grow, and believe in themselves lit something she could not ignore.
When gyms shut down in 2020, she transitioned her coaching fully online and saw the impact immediately. When training, nutrition, mindset, and accountability were aligned, change happened faster and lasted longer. Coaching became deeper than a gym session. It became a relationship built on communication, education, and trust.
When gyms reopened, she continued to grow her online coaching while returning to in-person work. She refined her systems, strengthened her process, and proved that real results are not tied to a physical location. By the summer of 2025, it became clear that online coaching allowed her to better serve her clients and reach more people who needed guidance. With intention and clarity, she stepped fully into the online space to expand her impact.
As an NPC Wellness competitor, stepping on stage is not about a single day. It is about the journey. Bodybuilding reveals who you are when comfort is removed. It teaches boundaries, discipline, and respect for time, energy, and priorities. Under the lights, there is no hiding. The work always shows, and that truth is what makes the sport so powerful.
Team Phoenix Rising was built from that same belief.
She coaches because people deserve more than gimmicks, trends, and copy and paste plans. They deserve customized training, individualized nutrition, and a coach who truly cares. Someone who sees them, believes in them, and holds them to a higher standard when they cannot yet do it for themselves.
Through Team Phoenix Rising, she works hand in hand with her clients. She provides clarity instead of confusion, timelines instead of limbo, and education instead of dependency. Mindset is trained alongside the body because where the mind goes, the body follows.
Her clients are expected to show up with effort, honesty, and communication, just as she shows up for them. The goal is not just transformation. It is sustainability. Confidence. Ownership. A new standard for how they move through life.
This is where strength is rebuilt from the ground up with a coach that has walked in your shoes and has done the work herself.
This is Team Phoenix Rising.
