Education is a cornerstone of my coaching. I want you to understand the why behind every decision we make because knowledge creates confidence, and confidence creates lasting results.

This isn’t about blind compliance; it’s about empowerment and growth.

Communication is a key part of our work together. I provide you with clear expectations, consistent feedback, and ongoing support so you always know where you stand and how you’re progressing.

SERVICES INCLUDED:

  • Clare designs training programming customized to you based on your goals, your recovery, and a realistic approach with your schedule.

    Training is designed in detail with frequency, tempo, and form instructions/videos.

    Clare uses Elite Trainr to deliver customized programming to allow for better tracking and accountability.

  • Clare uses your dietary needs, restrictions, and goals to account for your nutritional needs.

    Nutrition is designed specifically for you and meets you where you are at.

  • In addition to your training and nutrition protocols, Clare provides detailed cardio protocols and additional movement as needed to include mobility, core work, and steps.

  • Clare designs customized health supplementation protocols based off of what your needs are. Supplementation includes health support, peptides, PED’s, etc…along with the education needed with it.

  • Clare assigns each client a check in day within her work week that accounts for your schedule. Check in frequency is 1x a week minimum however this will become more frequent based on what phase you are in to include contest prep and post show reverse.

    Clare provides a detailed check in response to make adjustments and provide goals for the week to keep your progress steadily moving.

  • Clare provides additional communication support outside of check in days.

    Communication is a top priority within your journey. If you have a question or need to communicate outside of check ins you can message Clare on whatsapp within her business hours.

    In addition Clare offers office hours where clients can book individual calls for added support.

  • A few times a year Clare hosts team workouts and team meet ups so that you can meet your teammates and create memories within the Phoenix Rising Athletics community.

  • If you have a show that is local to Clare she will be there in person to support you at your show as schedule allows.

    If your show is not local then you can arrange with Clare for her to attend your show. If this cannot be arranged then she will be present via phone/video calls with constant communication so that you are not lost on show day.

    An athlete’s show day experience is important.

  • Phoenix Rising Athletics is a community. You are encouraged to interact with your teammates. This journey is even better when you have other people in your corner with similar goals. Through a team chat, team calls, and team events - Clare works to foster a community environment.
